RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 If you are considering a return please advise us in writing with the order number and reason for return to  

Goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt. Returns received outside of the timeframe will be considered for a credit note only and will not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on garments we consider used or damaged (statutory rights not affected). We strongly recommend that you send the goods back by recorded delivery via the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit.

The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was sent ie with all packaging and tags attached as orignal. As we are only a small company we cannot cover the cost of returned items and can only be responsible for them on receipt of the goods.

Please note we will only be responsible for cost of return postage if the items delivered are faulty. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.

Return of Faulty, Incorrect Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.

Important....

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the date of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
